WEN's First Annual General Meeting - January 29th 2007Our first Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place in The Vine room at St John's Church on Monday, 29th January 2007. The meeting will begin at 7:30 pm, but the room will be opened at 7:15 pm. St John's Church, built in 1876, is situated at the western end of Mattock Lane, close to Northfield Avenue. At the AGM, the first elected WEN Management Committee will be voted in by members. After the formal business is concluded we'll have an informal question and answer session covering any aspect of WEN and life in West Ealing. It's important that as many members as possible attend this meeting. Members get the opportunity to quiz the founding Interim Committee as to what it has been doing since WEN's formation in November 2005; and then to tell the incoming committee what it should be doing in 2007. Any member can nominate another member to stand for election to the Management Committee. Nominations can be made at the AGM.
