West Ealing Neighbours has an ongoing commitment to inclusion - this means that it wants to become increasingly able to represent and reflect the diverse nature of the West Ealing population. WEN recognises the views and ideas that each individual brings to its website and public meetings/events. We all benefit from the creativity and innovation that comes from people who have different experiences, perspectives and cultures. In turn this enables us to understand, relate and respond to the residents of West Ealing and the wider borough of Ealing.
