How to Submit and approve a News Item E-mail Print
Steps shown in screen shots..

1. Login
2. Select the Submit News link shown below bottom left.
3. The Enter New window now pops open on the left.
4. Give the item a title
5. Select a catregory, see drop down list in screen shot below, e.g. "General"
6. Insert some intro text
7. Insert the main body text
8. Hit the SUBMIT button.

This creates the item and emails westealingneighbours@gmail.com stating that a new item has been submitted.

Next someone with PUBLISHING priviledges can approve the item.
1. Select the Administration button.
2. Select the Content Menus - News - New Items link
3. Tick the check box on the left of the new NEWS item.
4. View/Edit delete the item as appropriate
5. Hit the PUBLISH link.
6. JOB done article published

All these steps are shown in screen shots below...






Enter the content and hit the SUBMIT button!



Select the Administration link - bottom left of the user menu ...
if you have the priviledges to approve you will be allowed through to the following screens. Failing that an email is sent to the approvers who will do this...
