According to Cllr Ian Gibbs' blog ( http://iangibb.wordpress.com/) the plans for a 7-storey block of flats on the site of Manor Building at Drayton Green have been approved by the Planning Inspector on appeal.

The Draytons Community Association fought very hard against this unsuitable development and WEN supported their stance. We believe this is a bad decision and likely to lead to further inappropriate development around the Draytons.
