One presumes this rubble comes from the demolished Gurnell Leisure Centre.
It’s situated just north of the construction site for residential tower blocks and new leisure centre and close to the River Brent. The area is a Category 3 flood risk. The developer of the new tower blocks is Vistry.
Who gave permission for this fly tipping? No-one can find any reference to it in the Planning application.
